Outbound Sales Agent (Remote)
Work remotely with a U.S.-based company providing commercial dumpster and waste pickup services to businesses. This is a cold calling role, focused on reaching out to potential clients, introducing services, and identifying business opportunities.
As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will research businesses, make outbound calls, and help build a pipeline of potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Research businesses using Google Maps and online directories
• Make outbound calls to introduce services to potential clients
• Ask questions to identify interest and qualify prospects
• Record call outcomes and maintain organized tracking
• Follow up with interested leads when needed
• Maintain a consistent daily call volume
Requirements
• Strong English communication skills (spoken)
• Confident and comfortable speaking with new people
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets / Excel)
• Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset
• Sales or call center experience is a plus (not required)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Compensation
• $3.50 – $5.00 per hour
• Performance bonuses available
• Fully remote position
